Expert Reply:
For a light that fits your 4-5/8" opening I recommend the Peterson Trailer Tail Light w/ Steel Housing - Stop, Turn, Tail - Incandescent - Red Lens # PM425-3. This light will fit a 4-1/2" diameter hole so your hole will be just a little bit larger. This light comes with a steel housing so the overall dimensions are 5-1/2" diameter x 1-5/8" thick. The distance between the mounting holes is 4-1/4" on center.
