Question:
What is the difference for $20 cost between the two M7 external hitches? they look the same, but one has some different hardware? will either work? thanks

Expert Reply:
Yes, they are different hitches. The hardware looks similar and so does the installation methods but the hitches are different. The M7 Speed MINI Ultimate Utility Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" item # 327-60-160201 is for the John Copper Works model of the 2013 Mini Countryman and the M7 Speed MINI Ultimate Utility Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" item # 327-60-160200 does not fit the John Copper Works model. You will want to confirm what model Mini you have. Neither hitch fits the hybrid model.
