will this bolt up where my factory ladder was on back of chaparall boat

I have attached a diagram I made of the bolt dimensions of the Jif Marine Telescoping Drop Ladder with Hand Grips - 3 Steps - 34" Tall - 400 lbs - Stainless Steel item # 315-EQB3. The pre-drilled mounting bracket with 1/4" holes are spaced 10-1/8" apart. So if you old ladder has a similar mounting style this should work great for your Chaparall Boat.
