The Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16303-200 will fit your 2008 Dodge Ram pick up and provide you with industry standard rails. As long as the B&W 5th wheel hitch you have attaches to industry standard rails, then yes it will work with the # C16303-200 rails.
