Your picture didn't come through so I went and looked online. The CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers - 60" Long - I-Beam Clamps - White - Qty 2 item # CE27648 would be the best option. These are 60 inches tall which would be perfect for your setup.
