Looking at this baseplate for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU. Id like to connect it to a Ready Brute Elite II towbar.

With the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98948, there isn't any adapters to allow you to use the Ready Brute II tow bar.
What you're going to want to do is, use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1139 with the adapters # BX88297.
From here, you'll be able to use your Read Brute II Tow Bar with your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
