Question:
I cant find a 2inch hitch for a 2004 XC70 other than the overpriced hitch that Volvo sells. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

None of our suppliers offer a 2 inch receiver hitch for the 2004 Volvo XC70. I also searched online for other manufacturers that might have something to offer, but found nothing.
However, my research indicates that the maximum towing capacity of the vehicle is 3,300 lbs. The Curt Class II hitch we offer, part # C12318 actually has a higher capacity, but any capacity that the hitch would offer over and above that of the vehicle is unusable. So, even if the OEM 2 inch receiver (or any other 2 inch receiver) has a higher capacity, you would still be limited to the capacity of the vehicle.
