Is My Camco Wave 8 Heater Burning Inefficiently

Question:
how does altitude effect the run time on the wave 8? I live in colorado and Im burning 0.18 lbs/hr which seems really high

I am not sure how your Camco Olympian Wave 8 Catalytic Safety Heater for Large RVs, part # CAM57351, is adjusted. If you are burning propane at 0.18 lbs/hr, that rate is almost 50% less than the 1/3 lbs/hr consumption rate that Camco says you should expect. I do not think you have anything to worry about.
