Since you already have a system, then you likely know what parts are needed. But, I am going to list them out as a refresher. You will need 5 main parts when flat towing your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Those parts are a base plate kit, tow bar, tow bar wiring, safety chains and a supplemental braking system. I am not sure what parts you already have, or the manufacturer you are currently using. So, I have listed a new set-up below.
Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 (fits with a factory bumper). If you have something other than factory please let me know what you have. This is made in the USA and has a limited lifetime warranty.
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. Made in the USA, has a limited lifetime warranty and compatible with the above base plate kit.
Safety Chains: RoadMaster 64" Double Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-646. Made in the USA, has a limited lifetime warranty and provides the extra security needed when flat towing your Jeep.
Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. Made in the USA, has a limited lifetime warranty and allows you to use your Jeep Wrangler's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your F-350.
Supplemental Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700. Made in the USA, has a limited lifetime warranty and gives you a braking system that you never have to remove, adjust or reactivate. You will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 to use this braking system.
If you have any further questions or clarifications needed, please do not hesitate to reach out and I would be happy to assist you further.
