You are probably referring to something along the lines of the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit, # DM9517109. This is a confirmed fit for 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty. This custom-fit base plate kit lets you hook up your tow bar to your Ford F-350 Super Duty and is a simple bolt-on installation with included hardware.

To flat a tow a vehicle you need a minimum of five items, the vehicle base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution that connects the towed vehicles indicator lights with that of the motorhome and a supplemental braking system. You may or may not need a high/low adapter depending the height of the tow vehicles. Once the flat tow set-up is place the tow bar needs to be +/- 3" of level or damage to steering components and excessive tire wear can occur.
