Expert Reply:
You can use the Thule Hullavator, but it will not fit the factory roof rack of your 2008 Honda CR-V. So if you have the factory rack you will need to replace it with a different rack (this will also be what you need to do if you do not have a roof rack at all) from Inno. Here is exactly what you'll need:
- Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB130-2
- Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars # INXS350
- Custom Fit Kit # INTR121
- Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs # TH898
You can also lock the Hullavator with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200.
