As long as you have a 2" hitch receiver on your 2014 Toyota Prius c, like the EcoHitch # 306-X7194, you'll be just fine using the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # KU24FR.
The other hitches for your Prius c are rated for a Class I application so I would only stick with this in the 3-bike configuration and avoid using the add-on to convert this into the 4-bike carrier.
