Does the 37207-30385 Regulator have 3-1/2inch On-Center mounting holes and will it replace the MEGR-298 MEC Regulator

The Horizontal Low Pressure 2-Stage RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-30385 does have mounting holes that are 3-1/2" center on center.
We do not carry the MEGR-298 MEC regulator so I am not familiar with it. But from what I could find on it, the Horizontal Low Pressure 2-Stage RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-30385 looks like it will be a good replacement. They have the same vent location, the same inlet and outlet size and are both horizontal 2 stage propane regulators.
