Which way should this model be mounted?

The inlet side of the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221 that you referenced is the larger end with the black top and the outlet is the bottom side. Basically it needs to mount pointing down like the picture I attached.

What will happen if it’s mounted the other direction? Mine came mounter with the larger end down won my trailer stove does not like to lite it blows out the flame of a lighter or a match can the be the result of the regulator mounted upside down

@Jeffro The reason it needs to point a certain direction is because that is the direction that the condensation drain points. The drain needs to point down so that the water will drip out of it and not build up. This can cause a leak, increased pressure, or might cause a fire. Side question...I noticed your name is Jeffro. Do you happen to be into 90's motocross?

@Jeffro Nice! That was the best era for sure. I do a few rounds of a local vintage motocross series in the evo class with my 99 yz250.
