I have a new 2500 series short bed GM truck and and need to set it up for towing a 5th wheel. I have been looking at the hijacker autoslide and like that hitch. What do I need to order?

The Demco Hijacker with auto slide is a great choice for a 5th wheel hitch on your new GM 2500 series truck. You have two options in the Demco Hijacker.
The 18K model # DM8550022 and the 21K model, # DM8550037.
Each option will mount using the same Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker, # DR37FR if you do not have the Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package (puck system).
If your GM 2500 series truck does have the puck system, you will want to select the 21K model, # DM8550035 and use Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package, # DM6333.
If you'd like to install a 7-way connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector wire up over the tailgate, you can install one using, # HM54FR.
