2011 Chevy Silverado dually 3500. Will this work with a sliding rack, Rac-trac.

In order for the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs, part # TH43002XT-000, that is compatible with your 2011 Chevy Silverado Dually, you will need a tonneau cover that does not cover your stake covers. The Pace-Edwards Bedlocker you attached to your question does not meet that requirement. In fact, a retractable tonneau cover will almost always cover the stake pockets of your truck bed.
My tonneau cover recommendation is the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black, part # BAK85VR. It is a manual roll-up tonneau cover that does not cover the stake pockets.
