Yes, the Yakima SkinnyWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07014 will definitely fit the Thule Subaru extended crossbar S0A567X070 for your 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon.

That roof rack looks like the older Thule AeroBlade crossbar system so if you don't have it already I highly recommend going with the newer Thule WingBar Evo roof rack setup since the crossbars and feet are a better design and it's in that same price-range. The biggest differences are that the rubber strip in the top is 2 pieces for the WingBar Evo so you don't have to cut it to fit T-Slot accessories, and the feet are a clamp instead of the strap so it's easier to fit vehicles with reduced clearance under the raised rails.

For this roof rack you need the 50" WingBar Evo Crossbars, Black # TH711320 or Silver # TH711300, and the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. Attached is an installation video of this system on a 2022 Forester for you to check out.
