Yes, the Thule Base Rails # TH21501 can be paired with the Thule Xsporter Pro Shift Overland Truck Bed Rack # TH54RR to fit your 2018 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2' bed. This system will add 18" of height from the top of your bed rail to the top of the crossbars. That same measurement is 22-3/4" to the top of the load stops if you will be using them.
