I spoke with my contact at K-Source, and they stated that the towing mirrors, like the KS62077-78G you referenced, are not manufactured in the United States.
Instead we offer the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors that are made in the United States, and fit your 2007 Silverado New Body. The mirror for the driver side is part # 10901. The mirror for the passenger side is part # 10902. These require no tools for installation and slip over the existing mirrors on your Silverado. I have linked you to the installation video for this option.
