I found the footbase I need for my old thule roof rack GREAT. But I cant find anywhere a foot. My rack is the heavy rectangular type from the 90s. Is there a way you could help me to find one

If you have the factory installed tracks on the roof of your 2000 Toyota 4Runner then you can use the Inno feet and fit kits which are compatible with your older style of Thule square crossbars:
50" Square Crossbars - # INB127
Feet - # INSUT
Fit Kit - # INK143
Thule doesn't have any more of the older style fit kits that work with the Thule square bar feet so this is the route you need to go.
If you have the naked roof let me know and I can make another roof rack recommendation for you.
