Can I use a sway bar and Reese sway bar adaptor on my weigh safe 2 ball 6” adjustable hitch 2 5/16 ball

I do have an option for you but there would be no way to use a friction sway bar on most adjustable ball mounts without welding. That said, you could use something like the Ball Mount Adjustable with Sway-Control Tab part # 7390 which is an adjustable ball mount with built-in (pre-welded) sway control tab.
