Question:

Are the rubber s on the Equa-Flex equalizers replaceable or do you have to replace the entire unit? What would be an expected lifetime of the rubber s. Thanks

The rubber inside the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers part # LC314336 is not replaceable, you'll have to replace the entire equalizer if yours are worn. It's hard to say about lifetime expectancy as this will vary from trailer to trailer and climate to climate. If you feel yours wore out too soon, make sure you are not overloading the trailer and that everything else like the leaf springs are in proper working order.
