I am trying to figure out which Thule roof rack system will fit my 2019 Chevy Suburban. Below is an answer i saw on your website for the same Q, however the products for the EVO and foot pack says it does not fit on a 2019 Suburban. The fit kit seems to say it works on the website but the other products do not. “ I recommend going with the Thule aero-style roof rack that uses the Podium feet because it is the most functional of the roof rack systems for your 2019 Chevy Suburban that also features reduced wind noise and drag. This roof rack consists of the 60inch WingBar Evo crossbars # TH711520 Black or # TH711500 Silver, the Podium Foot Pack # TH460R and Fit Kit # THKIT4041. I also recommend adding the lock kit # TH450400 to add some security to your system.”

I have a great solution for you. The reason why the Thule setup does not appear for confirmed fitments for your 2019 Chevy Suburban is because there is currently a hold on selling the Fit Kit # THKIT4041. This is sometimes due to the fact that our engineers and install team have noticed defects or other fitment issues with roof rack components.

With that being said, we do have a similar crossbar option for your 2019 Chevy Suburban with flush factory rails. For that route, I recommend the following parts:

Not only do the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero crossbars come with a similar length as the Thule crossbars, they also have the exact same 3-1/8" width which will help with compatibility of accessories. Also, the Vortex Aero crossbars come with similar t-channel strips that help decrease the potential for whistling and wind resistance during transport. With this system, you get an impressive 220 pounds of maximum weight capacity. As with all roof racks, I recommend confirming with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure your roof can accommodate this much weight.
