Question:
What is the thickness of the Z-Rail? 1/16” or 1/8”? Can the overall width measurement of 2” be cut down to 1 1/2” equally on both sides so the width of the rail measures 1 1/2” X 1 1/2”. Is there a additional charge for this?

I just went back to the warehouse and measured the Z-Rail for Enclosed Trailer - 93-1/2" Long x 2" Tall x 1-1/2" Deep item # 362417-955. It is 1/16" thick. You can cut it down to the dimensions you requested but we do not offer that service.
