The only tire chains that I recommend installing on the 275/55R20 tires for your 2013 Ford F-150 are the Konig K-Summit XXL K78 # KON84FR. Reason being is when I looked up the online manual for your F-150 it stated not to use chains if you have the 275/55R20 tires (among other sizes) due to clearance issues. The K-Summit chains secure to your lug nuts and the chains only touch the treads so there aren't any issues with clearance on the back side of your tire and this option is safe.
You could use cables if you would like to but according to the owner's manual you will have clearance problems on the back side of the tire which is why I don't recommend going that route.
