Question:
Im looking to fit a carrier ~50lbs and a 125 dirt bike ~190 pounds. I cant find any carriers to fit the 1-1/4inch receivers, and I dont want to run any adapters. What options do I have?

I have a solution for you, however, it will require a new hitch receiver.
Class 1 hitches, like the one you have, have a max tongue weight of 100-150 pounds. So you will not be able to use the actual hitch receiver to carry the amount of weight you want to. Adapters take even more away from the max tongue weight capacity.
This is why you cannot find any carriers that will fit a 1-1/4 inch receiver, they are just to heavy and unsafe.
You would have to replace the actual hitch receiver for a class 3 hitch like the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7279. It has a 300 pound max tongue weight and you can pair it with the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs # UF48-979033
This carrier has a max capacity of 500 pounds. But you will not be able to exceed the tongue weight of 300 pounds.
