I have a 2013 Ram 2500 with a B and W rollover ball. Will this sway bar mount with that already on truck?

The Roadmaster sway bar part # RM-1129-124 that you referenced does fit your 2013 Ram 2500 that has a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck part # BWGNRK1313 installed. The hitch would not cause any interference.
