Can 24x40 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper e99050 fit 1/2 inch Clearance for Bumper

Question:
My trailer bumper is 4.5inch x 4.5inch with 0.5inch gap between the trailer and the bumper ..... will your clamps fit this configuration? Thx in advance for your reponse.

If the bumper of your trailer sits lower than the bottom of the trailer body then yes the 24x40 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99050 would fit and work well. If the bumper sits up higher though it would not fit as the hardware that secures the carrier to the bumper would interfere.
