I have a crossbar solution for you. Unfortunately, Yakima does not produce a fit kit that works with the Baseline roof rack towers Y00150 specifically for your 2002 Dodge Dakota.

However, if you want to attach a single Yakima crossbar to your 2002 Dodge Dakota, the only way is by using the truck's bed rails. In order to do that, you need the Yakima HD Crossbar - Aluminum - 68" Long - Qty 1 # Y95FR along with the Yakima BedRock HD Towers for Truck Bed Rails # Y01160.
