Does Rhino Rack Roof Rack DS1375B Fit 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander with Fixed Mounting Points

Hi: I wonder if the below item would fit my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander ES, it requires a fixed point roof racks. Last time I tried another brand it didnt fit, as it appears there is no thread in the fixed points hole. Please advise. Thanks DS1375B
