It is kind of hard to explain, but it actually isn't as difficult as you would think as well. I included a quick diagram showing what you will need to do as we currently do not have an install video available. The # BP04-260 will replace the shoes on the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Assembly - Duo Servo - 12-1/4" - Left Hand - 8,000 lbs # 23-402, so that is in the diagram as well. There will be a little more to it than what I have shown, but it is mostly just detaching and then reattaching springs.
