Can this awning be used as a direct replacement for Dometic MFG No. 848NR20.800B Serial 71796911 without having to replace torsion assembly? Thanks.

While some Solera awning rollers, such as the Solera RV Awning Roller and Fabric, # LCV000211505 that you referenced, have been known to fit some Dometic arms, we cannot confirm all possible configurations will or will not fit. Mixing parts from two manufacturers has it challenges unless the component(s) has/have been intended from design stage to fit across different platforms.
My recommendation is to select a set of Solera arms to go with your new awning roller and fabric. Or purchase a compete awning kit such as the Solera 18V Power RV Awning - 18' Wide with Rechargeable Battery - Black Fade
Item # LC729505. Or the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning - 18' Wide - Programmable - Black Fade
Item # LC517505.
