For your 2001 Ford F53 Chassis with the Roadmaster TruTrac Front-Axle Trac Rod # RM-TRACV-10B installed I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2170. This kit will mount in front of the axle so that it will not interfere with the TruTrac bar you already have installed. You will need to confirm that you do have at least 8" from the outside of the frame rails to the inside of your tires for the kit to fit properly.
With the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2070 that you saw sitting over the axle the brackets will likely interfere with the brackets from the TruTrac bar.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ will maintain your air pressure in the air bags to within 3psi of your setting while the vehicle is operated. This means that you will not have to run air lines into the cab to monitor and adjust your air pressure. Adjustments can be made from a smart phone using the Air Lift app, so you will not have to worry about a remote disappearing or batteries being dead in the remote.
