Depending on its weight, the rack you asked about might very well be able to handle your canoe.

The Rhino Rack 2500 Series roof rack for your 2009 Camry, which consists of parts # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK114 which is the vehicle specific clamp kit that attaches the crossbar/leg assembly to your Camry. When assembled, the crossbar/leg/clamp assembly has a 130 lb weight capacity.

However, this capacity might be limited by the weight bearing capacity of your Camry roof, if it is lower. Please consult your owners manual or Toyota dealer for the exact roof capacity.

If you do not already have one, I would recommend a basic canoe carrier like the Malone Foam Block carrier, part # MPG152. The carrier provides blocks, straps and bow and stern tie downs. I can also highly recommend the Thule Hood Loops, part # TH529. The Hood Loops attach under your hood, providing a quick and easy attachment point for the tie downs.
