I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 to go with your Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2726 on the front of your 2014 Kia Soul. This wiring kit contains everything needed from the coiled cable to the 6-way connector that is mounted on the front of the baseplate and the wiring and diodes needed for connecting to the tail lights on your Soul.
The 6-way connector also allows you to use a Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25. This will help to ensure that the braking system you use on your Soul does not drain down your battery. If you don't already have a braking system the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 is an easy to install option that can be used on multiple vehicles. The Brake Buddy already includes a charge line so that there is no need to get a separate charge line.
The Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 is the set I recommend for your baseplate. This will come with the coiled safety cables to ensure you do not have any parts dragging while towing. You will likely need a High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars like the # RM-048-4 since your Soul rides low to the ground. The tow bars need to be within 3" of level from your motorhome to the mounts on your Soul. The # RM-048-4 Adapter will lower the tow bars on the motorhome by 4". If you need help selecting the correct height I will need to know the height of the receiver on your motorhome.
