I spoke to a representative for Extang today. The tonneau cover you have installed on your 2012 Ram 3500 with the 6.5' truck bed is the Extang Trifecta Signature Soft Tonneau Cover - Folding - Canvas. Extang's representative told me that the replacement tarp for this cover is no longer available, since September of 2021.

As a result, you will have to replace the tonneau cover. The replacement model is the Extang Trifecta Signature 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover - Folding - Canvas, part # EX94430. This is compatible with your 2012 Ram 3500.
