Question:
Just opened titan 4821 chains I bought a year ago for a practice install. One of the sets is missing the cam. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

The Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams for Dual Tires # TC4821CAM have multiple cams on either side. If you're just missing one cam then you may try installing them to see if the cam is needed - if it is then you can replace it using the Replacement Cam Tightener # TCCAM2.
If the cams are missing from one whole side of the tire chains then you'll need the Replacement Side Chain with Cams and Fastener # TC218SCCAM instead. You can use the Titan Chain Repair Pliers # TCRP2 to accomplish this.
Normally I would say to pursue a warranty but this chain set only comes with a 30-day limited warranty so nothing would be covered a year later.
