Buying 2022 F150 w/hybrid engine, 6 1/2 bed. Wanted to install 5th wheel hitch for my Reflection 150 trailer. The dealer could not tell me if a 5th wheel hitch could be installed on this truck. You guys have any knowledge about compatibility?

We do!
I recommend picking up the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W which connects to your 2022 Ford F-150 via the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BW57FR. This system gives you a sliding hitch so you have enough trailer to cab clearance during sharp turns and then the gooseneck installs so only the receiver and safety chain loops are exposed so you have a completely clear bed when you aren't towing.
Something else you might be interested in is an in-bed 7-Way like the Bargman # 54701-003-010 so it's easier to connect your trailer wiring.
