Yes, the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # BWRVB3700 that you purchased is for 2015-2019 Chevy/GMC trucks OEM system only. For a 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty with their system, you will need the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty, # BWRVB3300. This is for 2011 and newer models of Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450's with the OEM system. The Ford, GM and Ram systems while all serving the same purpose are different enough in their respective designs from each of the OEM's that aftermarket support products are not universal.
