Will this work on the 2022 gladiator rubicon diesel ? Also, will it fit the 12 ton Badlands Apex winch ? Thank you !

The Bulldog Winch Mounting Plate # BDW20208 you reference will not fit your 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. The Bulldog Winch Mounting Plate # BDW20208 is only compatible with select Jeep JK and JK Unlimited models from 2013-2016.
Instead, you'll want to use the Bulldog Winch Universal Winch Mounting Plate for Truck # BDW20008 which will work for your Gladiator, and will support winches 8k to 12.5k with a standard 10 x 4.5" bolt pattern.
Currently, we do not have any winch trays that will fit your 12 ton Badlands Apex winch, unfortunately.
