How wells does the winch mount fit and how difficult is it to install?

I went out into our warehouse and grabbed a Bulldog Winch Mount # BDW20208 and took some pictures of the install instructions for you to check out. This will give you an idea on how difficult it would be to install. It's really a pretty basic install and it would fit well too.
