While we do have an option for you to get a smoother, more comfortable ride for your 2017 Grand Design Momentum 399TH, the Center Point # LC1565401 is going to raise your trailer by 2 inches, and there isn't any alternative method of install or anything that won't affect your ride height. So instead, what I recommend are shock absorbers from Roadmaster:
- Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Triple Axle Trailers # RM-2460-3
These are the right size for your triple-axle '17 399TH, and like the Center Point, will substantially improve the ride of your trailer. They do that because they allow your trailer to stay even by absorbing the constant up-and-down movement that is usually on the leaf springs, and also help keep it from swaying as much from side-to-side. So you are getting more control as well with the Comfort Ride # RM-2460-3.
And they are simply an add-on instead of a replacement part like the Comfort Ride equalizers, so you won't be gaining any height to your Grand Design.
