Will the Fulton Trailer Jack - F26ZR fit on a 1.5 x 4 trailer frame? Are the bolt thread dimensions adequate to attach to a 1.5 x 4 trailer frame?

If you used a 1.5 inch spacer to make your 1.5 inch wide frame 3 inches wide you could use the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack # F26ZR.
