A hitch like the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15903 is going to be what I recommend for your 2015 Isuzu NPR XD, since there are no custom fit receivers. This universal hitch will weld in place on your frame and can support up to 1,500lbs of tongue weight and a trailer up to 15,000lbs. The weld brackets are 18-1/2" long and the frame can be between 18" and 61" wide.
The Tekonsha Universal Wiring Harness w/ ModuLite and Brake Controller Harness # 22551 will give you the wiring necessary to be able to create a functioning 7-way on your Isuzu. The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is the trailer brake controller I recommend using. The harness may need to be extended in some portions depending on the length of your Isuzu.
