Will the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier work with the Thule 60 WingBar Evo Crossbars on a 2020 Toyota Tundra Double Cab? That is, will there be the required minimum of 4 overhang for the Hullavator to work properly?

The width of the 2020 Toyota Tundra is 79.9" so you would need a larger crossbar to meet the 4" clearance minimum. The Thule Hullavator # TH898 is more so designed for smaller vehicles with factory roof rails and then crossbars added on to reach that minimum.

For trucks like your Tundra typically people will install a ladder rack to haul their kayaks.
