I have a 24 ft trailer with a 6600 Lb 2 inch ball actuator that i need to replace can i upgrade that to a 8000 lb 2 5/16 ball its a bolt on DM8758811

Yes, you can replace your current brake actuator with the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop - Disc - Zinc - 2-5/16" Ball - 8,000 lbs # DM8758811. When selecting a brake actuator you must select one that meets or exceeds the GTWR of the trailer.
Assuming you have a 3" wide trailer tongue and the 4" drop works for you, this will work well as a replacement. Keep in mind, this is designed for disc brakes. If you have hydraulic drum brakes you will want the # DM8759411 instead.
