I was able to speak to a representative from Westin today. If you have a 2019 Ram 3500, the Westin mounting bracket that you need is the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Grille Guard, part # W32UR, which I believe that you ordered. This hardware is only compatible with the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate, part # WE54FR, or part # WE34FR, that fits the 2019-2022 Ram 3500. If your grille guard came from a different year Ram 3500, it will not fit your truck.
