We do not have a key and the core is unnumbered, is this the replacement for the lock cable that goes through the middle of the rack? Thank you

Yes, the replacement Replacement Cable Lock # Y8890204 does go through the center of the upright mast on the FlipSide or the SwingDaddy.
You can get a 2-pack of locks and keys using # Y07202.
