I will be mounting this externally and would like to know if all the parts are stainless steel. Thank you.

The Firestone Universal Air Compressor Mounting Kit - Clamp On # F2497 is made of steel, but it is not stainless steel. For a compressor like the Firestone Air Command I # F2158 and the mounting kit, you will want to keep it away from heavy moisture (think submerging it), but otherwise the compressor and the mounting kit are able to withstand standard moisture that you'd see from everyday driving.
