My Fogatti Rv water heater won’t come on and the control unit says e7 .

The E7 code means there is a problem with the combustion process.

To reset the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - White # LSB64FR check that all moisture is normal. Press the on/off switch or power off to restart.
Within 15 minutes of turning it on push the on/off switch 5 times (the fan will start up 5 times).
The water heater will lock and cannot start. After the icon disappears or it waits for 15 minutes it will reset.

This should put it back to normal use and reset the issue, if it does not work you will need to have a licensed technician come reset/repair it.
